I have a great photography client - Oak City Amaretto, and this year for the holidays they worked with Che (theblackbourbonguy on instagram) for some holiday recipes. He created this delicious cocktail, then I re-created it for the photo shoot. I enjoyed drinking it once I was done. :)
THE RASPY ALEXANDER 🍫 by Che
3/4 oz. Oak City Amaretto
3/4 oz. Damn Fine Chocolate Liqueur
3/4 oz. Chambord
2 oz. Half & half
To make: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until tin is cold to the touch. Strain into coupe glass & garnish with shaved dark chocolate.
