Peach Crisp Recipe- gluten free

Yummy peach crisp and gluten free. You can also substitute apples or apricots if you prefer.



  • 6-8 peaches peeled and chopped (about 6 cups)

  • 1/ 4 cup honey

  • 2 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • dash cinnamon


  • 1 cup gluten free oats

  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour (cassava or apf, or almond)

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)

  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • optional chopped pecans 1/3 cup

Garnish options

  • Garnish: more pecans

  • Garnish: sprinkle cinnamon

  • Garnish: whip cream or ice cream

  • Garnish: additional peaches, drizzle some honey


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and grease a 9x9 pan

  • In a 8x8 baking pan add the chopped peaches, honey, cinnamon, vanilla, cornstarch, stir until all peaches are covered

  • In a mixing bowl add the gluten free oats, flour, melted butter, sugar, melted butter and chopped pecans, stir then add the yogurt and stir until it's mixed well

  • Once combined, spoon the topping mixture on the the top of the peaches mix. Optional you can add a dash of cinnamon or more brown sugar on top

  • Bake for 30-45 minutes (when the topping is bubbling and golden brown you are done)

  • Let it cool some before serving

  • I like to add dairy free whip cream or ice cream
