Recommended recipe is listed below, feel free to eyeball the whole thing and mix in other favorite nuts.


  • 1 cup almonds

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1/3 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/3 cup dried fruit (cranberries or currants recommended)


  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

  2. In a food processor or blender, quickly pulse the cashews and almonds - don't overblend and make powder, goal is to just break them up into smaller pieces

  3. In a small saucepan heat up the coconut oil, syrup, salt and cinnamon

  4. Add all seeds and shredded coconut to saucepan, stir 1 min

  5. Spread out granola mixture onto greased pan, then add dried fruit

  6. Bake for 30 minutes low heat (200)

  7. Once out of oven, let it completely cool then scoop into a container
