Avocado Toast - multiple options

Delish breakfast or lunch option. Toast with multiple toppings. Which is your favorite?





Option 1

Basic avocado toast with red pepper flakes and salt (Maldon sea salt flakes is my favorite)


Option 2

Anchovies, extra capers and micro greens (won't need salt thanks to the yummy anchovies, Cento rolled fillets with capers in olive oil is my favorite)


Option 3

Red pepper flakes, salt and drizzle of truffle oil, micro greens or sprouts


Option 4

Fresh tomato slices, salt and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, micro greens or sprouts


INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 slice bread

  • drizzle olive oil

  • pinch salt

  • topping options: red pepper flakes, fried egg, micro greens, radish sprouts, radishes, sunflower seeds, anchovies, capers, tomato and balsamic vinegar


DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast slice of bread

  2. Remove pit from avocado, mash in a bowl, drizzle of olive oil and pinch salt

  3. Spread on toast

  4. Add desired toppings (see options above)

  5. Enjoy
